MHG (Mayapada Healthcare Group) provides all nurses with opportunities to improve their competencies through both formal and non-formal education, including scholarships for academic advancement from D3 to S1-Ns, and currently progressing to S2 specialist nursing.
The development of nursing does not stop there; continuous education and training programs are in place to ensure nurses are well-equipped, covering specialty areas like ICU, ER, OT, and LDR, as well as essential topics such as EWS, ECG, Pain management, Wound care, Insersi IV, Nursing care plan, PPI, effective communication, medication management, and IPSG. These efforts support consistent, high-quality care and long-term professional growth.
As part of our commitment to career development, we have a few career tracks for our hospital unit: Management, Clinical, Education, and Quality.
To continuously improve quality through continuous development of education for nurses such as providing scholarships for nurses to improve education from D3 to S1-Ns starting from 2019 has been implemented and there have been 3 sessions / waves. In 2025, the increase in education from S1-Ns to S2 specialist oncology is in process, in addition to education, training for clinical nurses is also being developed for specialty area courses and basic courses:
Specialty area training for : ICU, IGD, OT, LDR, Basic training such as: EWS, Effective communication, ECG, Pain management, Medication management, IPSG, etc. Both internally and externally (Apollo hospitals and National University Hospital Singapore).
In addition to managerial nurses, MHG (Mayapada Healthcare Group) is also very open along with the development of Mayapada Hospital in various regions such as Mayapada Hospital Batam, Mayapada Hospital East Jakarta, and other Mayapada hospitals, this will open up opportunities for nurses and fields for promotion to the managerial level
